Job summary

L3Harris is seeking an Engineering Director to lead the Telemetry & Radio Frequency division within the Spectrum Superiority sector. You will oversee 175+ engineers and managers across CA and PA, driving delivery of T&RF programs, proposals, and pursuits while aligning with an engineering leadership team.

The role requires extensive defense engineering experience, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree with extensive defense engineering experience.
• 15+ years of related experience; senior management preferred.
• Must be able to obtain U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary T&RF engineering team across locations.
• Direct program technical, schedule, and cost performance.
• Hire, mentor, and manage engineers and managers.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Develop budgets and allocate resources for T&RF.
• Foster innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
