Job summary

L3Harris in San Diego, CA is seeking an experienced RF engineering technician to support the design and manufacturing of Tracking, Telemetry, and Command (TT&C) products for airborne and space-based applications.

You will be directly involved in the integration and test of advanced satellite communication links, digital telemetry, and signal processing technology, performing design verification testing and serving as a liaison between engineering and production test teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant RF engineering experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree with 4+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform design verification testing of circuit cards and higher-level RF assemblies.
• Troubleshoot circuits to the component level to determine root cause.
• Write alignment and test procedures with minimal engineering assistance.
• Oversee environmental testing of developmental hardware.
• Serve as liaison between engineering and production during new product introduction.
