Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Director to lead the Telemetry & Radio Frequency (T&RF) Engineering team in the Spectrum Superiority sector.

The role oversees 175+ engineers across California and Pennsylvania, driving engineering execution for multiple programs, proposals and pursuits in the T&RF portfolio. You will partner with senior leadership to align strategy, manage budgets and resources, and ensure mission-critical performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 15+ years of related experience or graduate degree with 13+ years; alternative 19+ years without a degree.
• Extensive engineering leadership in defense programs and multi-team environments.
• Strong track record in DoD proposals and data-link/Agile development.

Responsibilities

• Lead 175+ engineers and managers across CA and PA for the T/RF division.
• Direct program technical, schedule, and cost performance including reviews and cost approvals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production and product development.
