Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. Bristol, PA is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Project Engineering to lead day-to-day engineering execution for airborne telemetry, RF, and embedded hardware programs.

You will coordinate cost, schedule, and technical performance across the product lifecycle with cross-functional teams and customers. Responsibilities include planning design reviews, managing budgets, and interfacing with stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-cost delivery while supporting production

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating or leading engineering execution within defined cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
• Experience in EVMS with cost and schedule performance tracking, ETC development, and IMS coordination.
• Experience supporting hardware or embedded system development in aerospace, defense, RF, telemetry, sensor processing, or other mission-critical applications.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a United States security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day cost, schedule, and technical execution of engineering projects within program guidelines.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and IPTs across the product lifecycle for cohesive execution.
• Manage engineering cost and schedule performance within EVMS, including ETCs and IMS coordination.
• Plan and support major engineering reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR) and flight-test readiness activities.
• Serve as primary technical interface with customers and suppliers, communicating status and resolving issues.
