Job summary

Apnimed, a Boston-area biotech company focused on sleep apnea, seeks a Director of Telemedicine Platform Strategy & Integration to own the branded telemedicine platform from design through launch and post-launch optimization.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Legal, IT, and external partners to create a compliant, patient-centric patient pathway enabling clinician access and home testing where needed.

Qualifications

• Strong omnichannel and digital experience including CRM and patient journey design.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end build and launch of Apnimed's branded telemedicine platform.
• Define patient journey from brand website to clinician consultation and pharmacy fulfillment.
• Lead vendor selection, SOWs, budgets, timelines and KPI performance.
• Build operating model, governance, and launch readiness plan for a launch-ready platform.
• Serve as integration lead across Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Legal & Compliance, IT and Privacy.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and pharma-sponsored telehealth guardrails.
