Zusammenfassung

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking a Director of Medical Digital Solutions to scale HCP-facing medical technology and workflow solutions across US Field Medical teams.

The role leads Next Best Action optimization, CRM platform requirements, and adoption, while ensuring compliant, high-value digital tools and dashboards. The position partners with IT and medical leadership to define requirements, drive adoption, and measure impact, enabling efficient engagement planning, content management, and KPI

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in a health science, life science, or business/digital/tech field with 10+ years' experience.
Advanced degree such as MBA with 7+ years' experience preferred.
Experience in field-based Medical/Med Affairs roles is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 20% (US) for field engagement.

Aufgaben

Lead Next Best Action optimization to improve HCP engagement plans.
Represent Medical Excellence in CRM platform requirements, deployment, and adoption.
Collaborate with IT and business leads to define platform roadmaps, dashboards and reporting.
Drive adoption, change management, and training for scalable digital solutions.
