Job summary

Medrina seeks a senior operations leader to drive Telehealth and RPM program development, with a focus on scalable models across multiple practices and regions. You will partner with Clinical, Operations, Compliance, and Revenue Cycle teams to ensure compliant, efficient delivery of care.

The role requires 7+ years in healthcare operations, strong project management, and a solid understanding of Medicare and RPM reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Clinical background with healthcare operations experience.
• Experience with Telehealth, RPM, and population health programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and expansion of Telehealth and RPM programs.
• Ensure programs are scalable across practices, facilities, and markets.
• Integrate RPM and Telehealth with Clinical Contact Center and after-hours coverage.
