Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
• RN background with clinical operations leadership experience.
• Minimum of 7 years in healthcare operations or clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for After-Hours Call Center and RPM programs.
• Oversee Telehealth services and clinical escalation processes.
• Develop closed-loop communication between after-hours and daytime teams.
• Partner with Care Management and ACO leadership to share critical information.
• Ensure regulatory, billing, and documentation requirements are met.
