Job summary
GridSource, LLC. seeks a Director of Telecom for our Managed Services division to lead strategy, delivery and operational excellence across enterprise and MDU environments.
You will own the full service lifecycle from installation to repair, drive customer experience, efficiency and profitability, and manage field operations, training and vendor relationships with a focus on scale and performance. You will also own P&L and partner to leverage automation and remote diagnostics to accelerate
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years telecom experience, 5+ in leadership.
- Experience managing installation, repair, and field operations.
- Strong telecom infrastructure knowledge.
- ITIL, PMP or telecom certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute managed services strategy for telecom and field operations.
- Lead installation, provisioning, and repair operations and improve cycles and MTTR.
- Drive CSAT and NPS improvements and ensure customer experience from install through support.
- Oversee field workforce, dispatch, training, and routing optimization.
- Own P&L and drive operational efficiency; manage vendors and partners.
