Job summary

TDS Telecom seeks a Director for Network Service Management and Operations Center of Excellence to lead strategy and execution across end-to-end network service delivery. You will own technology capabilities enabling reliable, scalable customer-facing services, with a strong focus on automation and operational excellence.

You will supervise multiple managers, drive cross-functional collaboration, and push modernization across provisioning, networks, and data platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher or 4+ years professional work experience.
• 8+ years' experience with increasing levels of responsibility in application development and/or technology management.
• 4+ years' experience leading projects.
• 5+ years management/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Technology Leadership: oversee performance and outcomes of multiple managers and teams.
• Technical Execution: ensure delivery and support of all applications/technologies.
• IT Director team contribution: align IT practices with business strategy.
• Vendor Management: manage third-party resources and performance.
• Demonstration of Business Value: align tech initiatives with business priorities and manage risks.
