Job summary

Gateway Ticketing Systems is seeking a Director of Information Systems to drive the technology strategy and modernization across the business. You will lead a team in CloudOps and IT, ensuring secure, scalable, and integrated systems aligned with company goals.

The role partners with executives across Product, Legal, Security, and Operations to advance data governance, analytics, and digital transformation. This is a hybrid position requiring 2–3 days per week in Gilbertsville, PA.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven leadership across IT, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy, performance, and evolution of the internal technology landscape.
Lead cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance programs.
Oversee enterprise systems, data governance, and cross‑department integrations.
Manage Azure cloud infrastructure and cloud‑native operations.
Partner with development teams to ensure secure, scalable deployments.
Drive automation, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
Build and mentor a high‑performing IT & IS team.
