Job summary

Gateway Ticketing Systems is a global leader in ticketing, admission control, and guest experience solutions. We are seeking a Director of Information Systems to guide IT strategy, strengthen security, and drive digital transformation across the business.

This hybrid role requires commuting to the Gilbertsville, PA office 2–3 times per week and leading a team across CloudOps and IT to modernize processes and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Proven leadership experience across IT, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure and modern cloud architectures
• Strong understanding of data governance, BI tools, and analytics strategies
• Experience leading digital transformation and automation initiatives
• Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, CISSP, CIPP, PMP, or ITIL are a plus
• A strategic mindset paired with hands‑on technical depth

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a forward‑looking IT & Information Systems strategy aligned with company objectives
• Oversee enterprise systems, data governance, and cross‑department integrations
• Lead cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance programs (GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, MIPA, etc.)
• Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure and cloud‑native operations
• Partner with software development teams to ensure secure, scalable deployments
• Drive automation, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives
• Build and mentor a high‑performing IT & IS team
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments
• Collaborate with executives to align technology, analytics, and business intelligence
