Job summary

Fidelity seeks a proactive professional to advance its AI Governance and Risk Management program within the AI Center of Excellence. You will collaborate across risk, compliance, cybersecurity and audit to identify, assess, and mitigate AI risks across Generative AI, ML, and third‑party AI solutions.

Role focuses on strengthening AI governance frameworks, evolving control environments, and enabling responsible AI adoption, aligned with enterprise standards and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI/information technology risk, cyber security, controls or audit roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, technology, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated abilities in AI risk assessments, governance and controls.
• Strong cybersecurity, risk, and operational risk principles as they relate to AI.
• Ability to communicate AI risks to executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI risk assessments and control evaluations to ensure secure, compliant AI solutions.
• Develop and oversee AI governance standards and risk management programs.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, cybersecurity, and audit teams to manage AI risks.
• Assess governance and model lifecycle controls; identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support responsible AI practices and alignment with enterprise risk appetite.
