Job summary

Fidelity Investments seeks an experienced AI risk and governance professional to shape the bank's AI governance and risk management program within the AI Center of Excellence. You will collaborate with risk, compliance, cybersecurity, audit, and technology teams to identify, assess, and mitigate AI risks across Generative AI, ML, and third‑party solutions.

• 5+ years in AI/information technology risk, cyber security, controls or audit roles.
• Strong communication to executives and partners across multiple functions.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze AI architectures, data flows, and model development processes.
