Job summary

Reddit seeks a dynamic Leader, Technical Solutions, to scale our Technical Solutions team. You’ll supervise managers responsible for validating system reliability, resolving blockers, and optimizing ad tech configurations across major advertiser initiatives.

You will guide cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering to remove technical obstacles, drive revenue, and ensure advertiser success. This hybrid SF role requires in-person presence 1–2 days weekly.

Qualifications

8+ years in a technical support or related role.
3+ years in a people management position leading technical ICs.
Strong understanding of ad tech ecosystems, including pixel and conversions API.
Experience using AI tools to optimize troubleshooting and scale operations.
Adept at debugging, data analysis, and diagnostic tools.
Experience with data management platforms (Hex, Tableau, Looker, Sense).
Proven cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and sales.

Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor a group of technical solutions managers with strategic direction.
Oversee ads signals enablement and integration of measurement products.
Drive strategic technical initiatives through cross-functional participation.
Remove obstacles with Sales, Product, and Engineering to enable revenue growth.
Lead advanced diagnostics to resolve client tech challenges and meet SLAs.
Facilitate communication between XFN leads to shape product and GTM strategies.
Identify processes and tooling to increase bandwidth and scale support models.
Share strategic themes and metrics with leadership.
