• Strong analytical mindset using metrics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a world-class technical recruiting organization with a candidate-centric culture.
• Partner with executives and managers to craft hiring strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Own recruiting performance including funnel health, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
• Build scalable processes and interview frameworks across multiple technical functions.
• Advise senior technical leaders on market trends and compensation insights.
• Champion proactive talent engagement through employer branding and pipeline development.
