Grant Thornton is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management to align product engineering efforts across Innovation, Platform, Delivery and Operations. The role ensures AI-enabled work is planned with validated discovery loops and that program execution delivers coherent, user-focused product increments on a reliable cadence.

The position requires extensive leadership of technical program managers, deep architectural understanding, and experience shipping software used by real users.

Formación

• Twelve or more years in product engineering.
• At least five leading technical program management or engineering delivery teams in a product organization.
• Genuine technical depth in architecture and design discussions.
• Experience running large cross-functional programs spanning several teams.
• Fluency in modern agile practice and flow metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Turn roadmap commitments into sequenced, resourced program plans with named owners, real dates and an explicit user outcome.
• Run programs that span multiple squads and pillars from concept to product increment.
• Map dependencies early to be designed around rather than escalated late.
• Drive scope and sequencing trade-offs with product management and engineering leaders.
• Plan AI-enabled product work with discovery/evaluation loops and ensure shipping only when quality is measured against real user scenarios.
