Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive technical program management experience leading complex, multi‑team initiatives.
• Experience delivering AI/ML solutions into production and driving program governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise AI Program Delivery across multi‑team and vendor networks.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, milestones, and delivery schedules.
• Define governance processes and escalation protocols for transparency.
• Coordinate production readiness reviews and launch gates for AI initiatives.
• Manage external technology vendors and contractual milestones.
• Oversee knowledge transfer and internal capability development.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data platform teams on dependencies.
• Provide executive‑level updates, risk assessments, and decisions.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders across time zones and functions.
• Establish scalable program management tools and cadences.
