Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive technical program management experience leading complex multi-team initiatives.
• Experience delivering AI/ML solutions into production environments.
• Proven ability to plan, manage dependencies, assess risks, and drive delivery across orgs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise AI Program Delivery across product management, engineering, and external partners.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans with milestones and schedules.
• Establish governance processes, escalation protocols, and delivery standards.
• Coordinate production readiness reviews, gate decisions, and launch criteria.
• Manage external vendors and ensure alignment with technical standards.
• Oversee knowledge transfer and operational transitions to internal teams.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment with architecture and data platforms teams.
• Prepare concise executive updates and decision recommendations for leadership.
• Coordinate global stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and accountability.
• Build scalable program-management practices to support growth.
• Support strategic initiatives to advance the firm's AI strategy.
