Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive technical program management experience leading multi-team, multi-vendor tech initiatives and AI/ML deployments.
• Experience with production readiness reviews, stage-gate processes, and governance.
• Proven ability to interpret architectures, assess estimates, and communicate with senior engineers and leaders.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and enterprise stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise AI Program Delivery across AI product management, engineering, platform operations, global teams, and external partners.
• Develop and maintain program plans, dependency maps, milestones, and delivery schedules across platforms, data pipelines, and deployments.
• Establish governance processes, escalation protocols, and delivery standards for transparency and accountability.
• Coordinate production readiness reviews, security, telemetry, and acceptance criteria for launches.
• Manage vendor and partner delivery, track milestones, and ensure technical standards are met.
• Oversee knowledge transfer and operational transition to internal teams.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders, architects, and data platform teams to address dependencies and risks.
• Prepare executive updates, steering materials, and quarterly reviews with clear recommendations.
• Coordinate across U.S. and India teams and other stakeholders to align priorities.
• Build scalable PM tools, processes, and cadences to support growth and consistency.
• Support strategic AI initiatives and other duties as assigned.
