Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex AI technology programs within the AI Product Group (APG). You will establish an integrated delivery framework coordinating product management, engineering, platform operations, and external partners to ensure on-time delivery and measurable outcomes.

The role requires deep technical program management, strong AI/ML deployment understanding, and exceptional communication to influence senior leadership and diverse teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technical program management experience across multi-team, multi-vendor technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience leading AI/ML solutions into production environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for executive-level updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI program delivery across AI product management, engineering, platform operations, global delivery teams, and external partners.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, dependency maps, milestones, and delivery schedules across platform development, data pipelines, vendor integrations, security reviews, and production deployments.
• Establish program governance processes, decision-making forums, escalation protocols, and delivery standards for transparency and accountability.
• Coordinate and validate production readiness and launch gates with engineering evaluations, performance evidence, security reviews, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage technical program coordination with external partners and vendors, ensuring alignment with technical standards and milestones.
• Lead knowledge transfer and operational transitions from partners to internal teams with defined milestones.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders, architects, product managers, and data teams to assess dependencies, delivery estimates, and risks.
• Prepare executive-level updates, steering committee materials, and risk/decision memoranda.
• Coordinate stakeholders across U.S. and India engineering teams and enterprise tech functions to drive timely execution.
• Build scalable program management tools, processes, and cadences to support growth and efficiency.
• Support strategic AI initiatives and other duties as assigned.
