Grant Thornton Advisors LLC is seeking a Director to lead client engagements focused on AI governance, responsible AI, and AI security. You will design governance models, assess risks, and develop practical approaches for securely adopting AI, including GenAI.

This role demands strategic thinking, excellent client service, and the ability to lead teams across engagements. Travel is required as needed, with opportunities to work across multiple US locations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, CISSP, CISM or similar preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting.
• Experience across AI governance operating models, AI risk and control assessments, and AI security is preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead complex, client-facing AI governance and AI security engagements from strategy through implementation.
• Advise senior stakeholders on AI risk, governance, security, and responsible AI considerations.
• Design governance operating models, risk and control frameworks, policies, standards, and AI use case assessment processes.
• Lead assessments of AI and GenAI applications, incl. data protection, access, model, and human oversight.
• Manage engagement teams, develop junior professionals, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Support proposals, solution development, thought leadership, and business development related to AI governance and security.
