Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Ability to influence and work with senior client teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead modules of a project or a small workstream in client billable project work.
• Perform problem solving through problem structuring, data gathering, analysis and presenting insights.
• Coach more junior staff and interns.
• Manage project modules with guidance, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality outputs on deadlines.
• Contribute to developing intellectual capital (white papers, POVs) and client pitches/proposals.
