Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
• 5+ years relevant post-graduate experience.
• Prior experience in professional services, consulting, investment banking with Media as a focus area.
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI Consulting office(s) as needed.
• Master's in Business and Administration preferred.
• Prior experience in management consulting or professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead modules of a project or a small workstream in client billable project work.
• Problem solving through problem structuring, data gathering, laying out and executing analysis to drive insights.
• Synthesize and present findings within the larger context in a clear and structured format.
• Manage project modules with guidance from senior team members; mentor junior staff and interns.
• Develop intellectual capital and client pitches and proposals; work under pressure with effective communication and client team management.
