FTI Consulting in the United States is seeking a Director to formulate strategic recommendations and lead client-facing project modules. You will deploy commercial acumen, perform analyses, and share outputs with clients, while coaching junior staff and interns.

You’ll develop intellectual capital, contribute to client pitches and proposals, and manage modules with senior guidance, delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
• 5+ years relevant post-graduate experience.
• Prior experience in professional services, consulting, investment banking with Technology as a focus area.

Responsabilidades

• Lead modules of a project or small workstreams in client billable projects.
• Perform problem solving through data gathering, analysis, and presenting findings.
• Coach junior staff and interns and manage project statuses.
• Develop intellectual capital and contribute to client pitches and proposals.
• Demonstrate strong analytical abilities and effective communication under pressure.
