FTI Consulting, Inc is seeking a Director to lead project modules and deliver high-impact recommendations across complex business environments. You will apply analytical rigor, data gathering, and structured analysis, and present findings to clients in a clear, actionable format.

You will mentor junior staff, contribute to intellectual capital, and manage client relationships across senior management in an international setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
• 5+ years relevant post-graduate experience.
• Travel to clients and FTI Consulting office(s) as needed.
• Master's in Business Administration is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead modules of a project or a small workstream in client billable project work.
• Perform problem solving through problem structuring, data gathering, laying out and executing analysis that drive insights.
• Synthesize and present the findings within the larger context in a clear and structured format.
• Mentor junior staff and interns; manage project statuses and deadlines.
