Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Director to lead modules of client projects and formulate strategic recommendations with strong financial acumen. You will guide workstreams, analyze complex data, and present insights to clients in a clear, structured way.

You’ll mentor junior staff and interns, help develop intellectual capital, and contribute to client pitches and proposals. A hybrid, international environment supports growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or business administration.
• 5+ years of relevant post-graduate experience.
• Experience in professional services or consulting with technology as a focus area.
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI Consulting office(s) as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead modules of a project or small workstreams in client billable work.
• Formulate strategic recommendations and implement changes for clients.
• Solve problems through structured analysis, data gathering and insights.
• Communicate findings clearly within the larger client context.
• Mentor junior staff and interns and manage project workloads.
• Contribute to intellectual capital and client pitches and proposals.
