Job summary
NexCore Group is seeking a Director, Technology Performance to drive how our operations teams leverage technology nationwide. You will translate systems into practical workflows that improve day-to-day field execution, owning technology platforms and ensuring adoption and impact across communities.
Partnering with CFO and Operations leaders, you will identify workflow gaps, define best practices, and push for consistent use of core systems like Yardi, Welcome Home, and ALIS, enabling measurable
Qualifications
- Multi-site operating experience in relevant sectors.
- Proven ability to drive performance through technology adoption and process improvement.
- Hands-on with Yardi, CRM, EHR and workforce tools.
- Experience leading change across distributed teams.
- Ability to translate complex systems into simple workflows.
- Strong collaboration with frontline and senior leadership.
- Comfort with fast-paced, ownership-driven environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and standardize how operations use core technology platforms.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement tech-enabled solutions.
- Translate system capabilities into executable processes.
- Lead rollout of new systems with clear workflows and metrics.
- Design training focused on actual work workflows using technology.
