Job summary

The Franklin Group is seeking a Director of Property Management & Support Systems in Virginia Beach, VA to lead the technology ecosystem for property management. You will bridge Operations, Compliance, Accounting, IT, Marketing and HR to align systems, data, and support with business goals.

Responsibilities include strategy, governance, training, and deployment of Yardi, RealPage, RentCafe, Nexus, and related platforms to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enable portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Property Management, Operations, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in property management or related leadership roles.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Extensive experience with Yardi, RealPage, RentCafe, and related property management software.
• Strong vendor management, communication, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for property management systems.
• Oversee governance, standards, and system utilization across the organization.
• Lead the Property Management Support team and establish service standards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Accounting, IT, Marketing, HR and executives.
• Drive process improvement, analytics, and data-driven decision making.
• Support acquisitions and integrations of new properties and technologies.
