Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise infrastructure operations.
• Experience governing managed services partners or outsourced operations at scale.
• Strong ITSM and governance practices across large environments.
• Experience in regulated environments requiring strong change discipline and auditability.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the Service Delivery Managers responsible for operational service performance, stakeholder engagement, escalations, and partner accountability across assigned infrastructure service areas.
• Oversee partner delivery across Network Administration, Server & Storage Administration, Cloud Infrastructure Services, Monitoring & Event Management, Infrastructure Protection, and IAM.
• Define and maintain operating visibility into SLA compliance, ticket trends, response/resolution performance, backlog aging, and service tower performance.
• Drive governance for Change Management, ARB/TRM, and runbook adherence; ensure work is tracked in ServiceNow and reviewed in CAB as required.
