Job summary

The Standard is seeking a Director of TBM Strategy and Planning to partner with IT leadership on strategy, cost optimization, and governance. You will drive data-driven analysis, build business cases, and lead initiatives that reduce total cost of ownership while enabling technology-driven business outcomes.

Reporting to senior IT leaders, you will manage a team, influence stakeholders, and deliver strategic insights across technology platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, MIS, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive Finance, Strategy or Management Consulting experience.
• Experience leading high-performance teams and strategic initiatives.
• TBM or CIO advisory experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI and Alteryx.

Responsibilities

• Lead TBM strategy and planning with vendor governance.
• Develop cost optimization roadmaps and business cases.
• Analyze IT cost structure and propose optimization strategies.
• Present findings and recommendations to IT and business leaders.
