Job summary

MetLife is seeking a seasoned TBM/IT finance leader to own and enhance the Technology Business Management framework, including taxonomy, service costing, and chargeback models. You will develop transparent cost models for infrastructure, cloud, and shared services and lead annual planning and financial forecasting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in TBM/IT finance or FinOps.
• Experience with TBM taxonomy, service costing, allocations, chargeback/showback.
• Strong ability to create executive dashboards and support financial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve TBM framework incl. taxonomy, service costing, chargeback/showback.
• Develop cost models for infrastructure, cloud, apps, and shared services.
• Lead planning, forecasting, and financial analysis for technology investments.
• Analyze spend, cost drivers, and usage to optimize costs.
