Job summary

V Group Inc. seeks experienced TBM Expense Transparency Consultants to support TBM financial transparency across the IT landscape, incl. Product Management, Infrastructure & Operations, Cybersecurity, and other IT service towers.

You will lead TBM activities, develop cost models and reporting frameworks, validate inputs with Service Owners, and communicate spend insights to stakeholders. This role requires translating complex financial data into actionable business insights for IT leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in TBM, IT financial management, or cost transparency initiatives.
• 1-3 years for (Tier 1).
• Strong budgeting and forecasting knowledge.
• Experience with cost allocation and financial reporting/analysis.
• Ability to translate complex financial data for non-financial audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead TBM Expense Transparency activities across all IT divisions with consistent reporting and cost modeling.
• Develop, maintain, and refine TBM cost models and reporting frameworks (e.g., allocation, service tower mappings).
• Partner with Service Owners to validate inputs and improve cost driver understanding.
• Maintain reports communicating spend insights to stakeholders.
• Validate or refine TBM allocation methodologies.
• Ensure accuracy and defensibility of financial reporting through data mapping and rules.
