Responsibilities

• Define and execute a long-term scientific vision for targeted protein degradation and proximity-based therapeutics.
• Build next-generation capabilities and strategic partnerships.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of scientists across chemical biology, proteomics, and translational sciences.
• Collaborate with Therapeutic Areas, Medicinal Chemistry, and Research Informatics to translate platform innovations.
