You will design assays, validate hits, and collaborate across IPP teams to explore disease-relevant targets in oncology and related fields. The role requires strong biochemistry and molecular biology expertise, experience with high-throughput screening and mass spectrometry, and a track record of contributing to publications

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent required; post-doc experience is a plus.
• Strong foundations in biochemistry and molecular biology.
• Experience with induced proximity or targeted protein degradation.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute workflows to validate molecular glue screening hits.
• Evaluate hits in disease-relevant models for novel targets.
• Collaborate with chemistry and proteomics teams to build libraries.
• Develop cell-based and biochemical assays to study E3 ligase biology.
• Contribute to project goals and timelines; communicate results across teams.
• Present findings at conferences and in publications.
