This role reports to the VP of Human Resources and drives leadership development, succession planning, and culture transformation to sustain performance and growth across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the HR Leadership Team influencing people strategy.
• Partner with executives to align talent strategies with business objectives.
• Lead enterprise talent acquisition, development, and succession planning.
• Develop culture, engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Provide strategic counsel on capability, risks, and priorities.
• Oversee leadership development and executive coaching programs.
