The Associate Director of Talent Acquisition leads a recruiting team, manages executive searches, and partners with leadership to optimize hiring strategies and candidate experience.

This remote role reports to the Head of People Operations and drives data-driven recruiting at scale. You will own Ashby ATS, build scalable processes, and mentor recruiters while handling

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience managing recruiters.
• Experience recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, Content, Creative, Marketing Ops/Rev Ops, etc.
• Demonstrated success recruiting executive and leadership roles.
• Proven ability to develop sophisticated sourcing strategies and use ATS data.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance Talent Acquisition team.
• Manage a portfolio of executive-level searches end-to-end.
• Partner with senior leaders to define hiring strategies for critical roles.
• Conduct structured interviews and assess leadership potential and cultural fit.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through networking and market mapping.
• Oversee Ashby administration and full recruitment process.
