Western Digital Corp. is seeking a senior leader to transform hiring data into strategic insights and scalable programs. You will own the workforce intelligence agenda, partnering with Finance and HR to align headcount with business demand across global sites.

You’ll lead a three‑person team in a high‑impact role that shapes talent offerings, employer branding, and recruitment strategy, driving outcomes across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Analytics, Economics or related field.
• 10+ years in TA/HR, with 4+ years leading people.
• Proven ownership of workforce planning in a global org with 10,000+ employees.
• Hands‑on analytics fluency: metrics, forecasting, executive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau or Workday reporting).
• Track record leading multi-region, cross-functional programs from charter to adoption.

Responsibilities

• Turn hiring data into executive insight for the CEO and executive team (and possibly the board).
• Build workforce intelligence: hiring demand, pipeline health, time-to-fill, cost, quality, and labor-market signals.
• Partner with Finance and HR on annual operating plan headcount planning.
• Run a multi-program portfolio end to end: intake, prioritization, business cases, roadmaps, governance and benefits tracking.
• Drive cross-regional programs across US, APAC and EMEA; shape talent pathways and AI/automation impact.
