Job summary
Western Digital Corp. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic people consultation to our Product and Engineering teams in the United States.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business plans into talent, engagement, and organizational strategies across global teams. The role requires strong business acumen, data fluency, and the ability to apply AI-enabled solutions to drive organizational effectiveness while partnering with HR centers of
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; master's preferred.
- 6-8 years in Human Resources.
- 3+ years as HR Business Partner in a complex organization.
- Experience coaching and influencing senior leaders.
- Strong business acumen; understanding of Product and Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Act as trusted advisor and leadership coach to senior leaders.
- Drive talent strategy for assigned Product and Engineering client groups.
- Translate business priorities into workforce plans, talent initiatives and engagement actions.
- Diagnose workforce needs using data to inform planning and leadership development.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions.
- Leverage AI and data to improve decision-making and organizational impact.
