Dagen is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning to lead global and domestic recruiting, workforce planning and labor strategy. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition, workforce planning, staffing or related HR experience.
• 5+ years leading a talent acquisition, recruiting operations, workforce planning or staffing function.
• Experience supporting high-volume, field, technical, project-based or geographically dispersed workforce needs.
• Experience translating business forecasts or project demand into recruiting, staffing and labor-supply plans.
• Experience leading recruiters and managing recruiting vendors, staffing firms or contingent labor partners.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, workforce data, recruiting analytics and performance reporting.
• Working knowledge of employment compliance and the need for cross-functional review (Legal, Payroll, Tax, Finance, Procurement, Safety/HSE).
• Ability to advise executives and operational leaders with clear recommendations.
