Job summary

Confluent Health, LLC is seeking a senior recruiting leader to oversee a high-impact team filling licensed clinical roles such as PTs, OTs, and SLPs. You will partner with senior leaders to align workforce planning, compensation positioning, and market strategy while driving high-quality outcomes.

You will leverage an AI-enabled stack and modern TA tools to optimize funnel visibility, coaching recruiters, and improving speed to interview and offer in a large healthcare network.

Qualifications

• 7+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, with licensed clinician hires in healthcare.
• 5+ years leading recruiters in a performance-driven environment.
• Experience leveraging TA tech stack to drive pipeline outcomes.
• Strong data orientation with funnel metrics and bottleneck diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a recruiting team for PT, OT, SLP, and related roles.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders on workforce planning and market strategy.
• Operationalize a scalable function delivering licensed clinical hires with quality.
• Drive multi-channel sourcing including AI tools, events, and university partnerships.
• Refine KPIs, scorecards, and rhythms to monitor speed and conversions.
• Collaborate with HR, marketing to enhance employer branding for clinicians.
• Support early career and campus pipelines for long-term talent.
