Job summary

CAE USA is seeking a Director of Systems Engineering, Integration & Test (SEIT) to lead CAE's SEIT organization across programs, ensuring unified requirements, design, integration, testing, and validation in line with CAE, customer, and regulatory standards.

The role directs a multidisciplinary team of systems engineers, architects, and test professionals, driving engineering rigor, modern SE methodologies, and timely execution throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in complex systems engineering roles with leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing architecture, verification/validation, and system integration.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and IPT structures.
• Eligible for US DoD security clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEIT strategy, operating model, workflows and technical standards.
• Oversee staffing, skill development, and resource forecasting for SEIT.
• Co-lead technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR) with IPTs and CE teams.
• Direct system-level integration activities including HSI and CEVT.
• Drive continuous improvement of SEIT processes and cost, schedule, quality metrics.
