• Hands‑on experience with SiPH, CPO platforms, and ATE/CPO hardware.
• Strong OSAT factory operations background; direct factory experience preferred.
• Track record of building and growing high‑performing teams in complex manufacturing environments.
• Clear, data‑informed communication and decision‑making.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop teams of CPO and Networking Chip Equipment and Production Test engineers, setting direction and ensuring quality.
• Define and lead the test manufacturing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with technology teams, platform suppliers, hardware vendors, test engineering, and OSAT partners for readiness and ramp.
• Drive cross‑team problem solving to support high‑volume production and resolve issues with speed and rigor.
• Leverage test data and KPIs to identify trends, anticipate risk, and drive improvements.
• Ensure all test operations meet internal standards and industry requirements.
