Job summary

NVIDIA’s Silicon Co-Design Group seeks a Senior Engineer to lead system validation, debug, and cross-functional alignment on flagship silicon programs. You will own end-to-end validation across GPU/SoC platforms and drive root-cause fixes with scalable, AI-enabled workflows.

Role demands 8+ years of post-silicon validation, strong EE fundamentals, and proven ability to guide multi-team crises from crisis to productized solutions. Base salary ranges reflect Level 4/5 bands in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of post-silicon validation, system integration, or platform debug on GPU/SoC/CPU
• Hands-on debug depth across silicon, board, and software boundaries
• Experience turning multi-team failures into root-caused, productized fixes
• AI-driven validation workflows built or scaled with measurable impact

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end system validation of NVIDIA GPU, SoC, and platform programs
• Lead debug of cross-stack issues to root cause with reusable fixes
• Develop test plans, scripts, and automation for next-gen chips
• Design and deploy AI-enabled debug and validation workflows with guardrails
• Translate silicon risks into decision-ready options for technical and executive audiences
• Partner with globally distributed teams across silicon design, DFT, firmware, software, manufacturing
