VISASQ/COLEMAN seeks a Director, Surveys – Americas to lead and grow the Americas Survey business. You will oversee client development, commercial growth, and operational excellence across the region, balancing service quality with revenue goals.

The role requires over 10 years in market research or related insights, with a proven leadership track. You will collaborate with global teams to enhance survey capabilities and drive client value across the Americas.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in market research, surveys, quantitative research, expert networks, or related insights business, with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong ability to win new business and develop client relationships to expand survey usage and grow revenue.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex client-facing operations.
• Familiarity with survey platforms, research technology, automation, and emerging AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and day-to-day performance of the Americas Survey business.
• Identify opportunities to grow survey revenue and expand client relationships in the US region.
• Translate client needs into priorities to improve competitiveness and scalability of the offering.
• Coordinate with global Survey leadership to align regional priorities with company objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of US Survey projects, ensuring data quality and client satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs like revenue, turnaround time, and quality; drive process improvements.
