Job summary

VISASQ/COLEMAN seeks a Director, Surveys – Americas to lead our US and Americas survey business. You’ll drive strategy, client development, and operational excellence while growing revenue and expanding the client base for survey solutions.

You will collaborate with global survey leadership, manage a high-performing team, and guide delivery from feasibility to final results. This role blends client service, commercial focus, and Operational execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in market research or related insights business with leadership experience.
• Strong ability to win new business and grow survey usage across clients.
• Deep understanding of quantitative research workflows from sampling to delivery.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Americas Survey business strategy and daily performance.
• Grow survey revenue by expanding client relationships and new business.
• Define priorities to improve competitiveness, quality, and scalability.
• Ensure alignment with global survey leadership and product strategy.
• Monitor KPIs for revenue, turnaround, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Own sales processes, client meetings, and solution scoping.
• Develop and coach the Americas Survey team and staffing plans.
• Partner with Product and Technology to improve survey tools and workflows.
• Maintain high standards for data integrity, privacy, and compliance.
