VISASQ/COLEMAN is seeking a Director, Surveys – Americas to lead and grow our Survey business across the Americas. You will oversee client management, revenue growth, and operational excellence while evolving survey capabilities for the region.

You will collaborate with global leadership, build strong client relationships, and drive performance across pipelines, pricing, and strategic opportunities. This role offers flexible work arrangements across the Americas.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in market research or related insights with leadership.
• Proven ability to win new business and grow revenue.
• Strong understanding of quantitative research and survey workflows.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex client-facing operations.
• Drive business performance with high quality and client service.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Operations, Product, and Technology teams.
• Familiarity with survey platforms, research technology, automation, and emerging AI applications is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and day-to-day performance of the Americas Survey.
• Identify opportunities to grow survey revenue and expand client relationships.
• Translate client needs into priorities to improve competitiveness, quality, and scalability of the offering.
• Coordinate with global Survey leadership to align regional and product objectives.
• Develop plans to improve regional revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction.
