Job summary

Coleman Research, part of VISASQ/COLEMAN, seeks a Director of Surveys for the Americas to lead and grow our Americas Survey business. You will own client development, revenue growth, and operational excellence while guiding a multi-region team to deliver high-quality quantitative research solutions.

You will collaborate with Client Management, Survey leadership, Product and Technology to scale capabilities, improve processes, and expand relationships with key clients across the US and beyond.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading market research, surveys, or expert networks.
• Proven ability to win new business and grow revenue.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across commercial, operations, product and tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Americas survey business strategy and day-to-day performance.
• Drive client management, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
• Oversee end-to-end US survey delivery including feasibility and fielding.
• Mentor the Americas Survey team and optimize processes.
