VISASQ/COLEMAN seeks a Director, Surveys – Americas to lead and grow our US and Americas Survey business, driving client development, revenue growth, and operational excellence across the region. You will coach the Americas survey team, partner with global leadership, and shape strategy, delivery quality, and innovative survey capabilities for high-value clients.

This role requires 10+ years in market research, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of survey workflows, with a commercial mindset

Qualifications

• 10+ years of market research, surveys, or related insights with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong ability to win new business and grow revenue across clients and prospects.
• Deep understanding of quantitative research workflows, including sampling, feasibility, fielding, data quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and day-to-day performance of the Americas Survey business.
• Grow survey revenue by identifying opportunities in the US and across the Americas.
• Coordinate with global Survey leadership to align regional priorities with product strategy.
