VISASQ/COLEMAN is seeking a Director of Surveys for the Americas to lead and expand our Americas Survey business. You will drive strategy, client development, and operational excellence across the region, balancing client service with commercial growth.

In this role, you will manage regional delivery, collaborate with global survey leadership, and build a high-performing team to enhance data quality and customer satisfaction across the Americas.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in market research or related insights.
• Demonstrated ability to win new business and grow revenue across client bases.
• Strong understanding of quantitative research, sampling, and survey workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and day-to-day performance of the Americas Survey business.
• Partner with Client Management leadership to grow survey revenue and expand relationships.
• Translate client and market needs into priorities to improve offering and scalability.
• Oversee end-to-end US survey projects from feasibility to final delivery.
• Develop KPIs for revenue, turnaround, quality, and client satisfaction.
